Project Leadership : Manage smaller logistics projects independently or contribute significantly to larger projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective solutions. Solution Design : Work within the business development cycle to design and cost warehouse solutions for customers, evaluating the right technologies and developing equipment requirements and cost models. Implementation: Play a key role in implementing, testing, and operating the designed solutions, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish. Senior Consultant - Logistics Solutions, Required Candidate Backgrounds: Experience in designing and costing warehouse solutions for end customers, either internally or as a management consultant Proven track record in the business development cycle, developing new or existing warehouses with the right technologies. Hands-on experience in implementing, testing, and operating designed solutions. Experience working with warehouse automation in operational, project, or development roles, collaborating with MHE Automation partners. Analytical skills to evaluate solution options and develop conclusions. Implementation experience from design to ramp-up, ensuring seamless project execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for logistics and automation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality results. Other Factors Relevant to the Job: Flexibility to travel to client sites occasionally as required.
