This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Director of Value Engineering, fostering personal development while contributing to a platform designed to optimize every business on the planet.**What You'll Do:As a Value Consultant, you will collaborate with world-class engineers, data scientists, and commercial executives to elevate their platform as a leader in tech. Your role will involve identifying customer pain points and crafting innovative solutions using their platform. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading value framing and delivery during pre-sales and post-sales for stakeholders including data science teams, use case owners, and executives.- Engaging with subject matter experts to uncover market limitations and identify where Causal AI can add value.- Acting as a technical expert in client meetings, conducting demos, and coordinating platform trials to showcase the business value of their solutions.- Defining technical deliverables and ensuring customer success during the pre-sales period.- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within their customer base.- Collaborating with commercial, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer priorities are met, delivering ROI and success in the pre-sales process.**Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.- 2+ years of pre-sales experience at an enterprise analytics company or consulting experience.- Proven track record in supporting large enterprise software deals.- Experience with ML/AI technologies.- Domain expertise in one or more of the following verticals: Retail, FMCG, Banking, Manufacturing, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Goods, Supply Chain.- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders on technical solutions.- A creative, problem-solving approach and motivation driven by business growth.- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and complex organization, engaging with multiple verticals.**Why Join Them?You'll be at the forefront of AI innovation, working to solve real-world business problems with cutting-edge technology.
