Collaborating with commercial Biopharma teams in phases II and III to initiate commercial strategy and readiness planning. Their timely engagement with decision-makers, often preceding other vendors, enhances business development efforts. With a growing reputation, they are seeking to expand at Project Management level (Consultant/Senior Consultant/Engagement Manager) to expand their market access services, manage client deliverables, and support the growth of the practice.
You will need:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical market access and pricing consulting.
Strong project management and client engagement skills.
Deep understanding of all aspects of market access needs for commercial customers to drive business development and project execution for both launch and in-line products
High level communication and presentation skills in client facing capacity, with strong experience in project management.
Team leadership and line management experience
Business development experience is a plus but not essential
Responsibilities
Support and maintain current client relationships
Lead end-to-end client engagements on several projects.
Oversee and manage team of consultants and associates
Act as a thought leader for wider business engagements
Support of busines development activities
