Progression opportunities Job Title: Senior Consultant Location: United Kingdom (Remote Role, occasional travel required) Salary: £30,000 to £70,000 (dependant on experience), plus bonusRole: Permanent – Full timeJob Purpose: The core objective of the Senior Consultant role is to leverage a deep understanding of managed service provider principles, drawing from extensive experience in the MSP industry, including sales, finance, and service. Skilled in turning partner needs into effective practices, you will be dedicated to developing, maintaining, and evolving real-world solutions in alignment with industry changes. Key Duties and Responsibilities:•
Manage and nurture partner relationships, overseeing PSA implementation and engagement to provide mentorship and training on effective strategies to enhance their performance.•
Helping our partners to mature their business and operational strategies. •
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the key elements that contribute to the success of Managed Service Providers in the areas of Sales, Service, and Finance•
Helping our partners to unlock growth, and secure long-term profitability.•
Develop workflows, templates, and logical processes, incorporating automation to optimise operational efficiency.•
Assess business data to identify partners’ operational challenges and opportunities for enhance their strategies.•
Discuss and consult clients on challenging issues to ensure compliance with industry or company standards.•
Travel to customer sites for in-person consultations and support as needed.•
Act as an escalation point for junior team members, fostering their professional development.•
Meet or exceed key performance indicators and metric requirements. Qualifications:•
3+ years proven experience in client engagement and strategy within the MSP industry.•
Preferred knowledge and experience with a leading PSA system.•
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.•
Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively•
