A strong, provable track-record in new business development is essential

What else to know about Lexington?
We are proud of our commitments to create shared value for people and planet, which include:
Fostering an inclusive culture:
Work is a huge part of our lives. That’s why at Lexington we pride ourselves on our inclusive culture, one based on collaboration, purpose and professional development at every level.
Lexington has an established training scheme tailored to different job levels and roles, which covers leadership skills, people management, wellbeing and resilience. We became a signatory to the Time to Change mental health pledge in 2020 and have since set up a wellbeing network, which promotes employee health and wellbeing through a variety of initiatives. To drive diversity in our business and sector, we partner with the Taylor Bennet Foundation, a charity that exists to encourage ethnic minority graduates to pursue a career in our sector.
Investing in Communities:
Our Community working group oversees our pro bono programme, as well as our volunteering initiatives and fundraising activity. Many organisations lack the expertise and resources to achieve the political, media or digital impact that their causes deserve. At Lexington, we commit to providing £160,000 of free advice to charities each year. Over the past year, we have helped fourteen charities with a variety of communications campaigns, including The School for Social Entrepreneurs, The Girl’s Network, Making the Leap and Magic Breakfast. Among our benefits are two paid days a year for colleagues to volunteer for causes that are important to them.
Protecting the environment:
We have joined the UN’s Race to Zero campaign by signing the SME Climate Commitment to halve our greenhouse gas emissions before 2030, achieve net zero before 2050, and disclose our progress on a yearly basis. Our Environment working group oversees these goals, helping Lexington to take steps to make more sustainable procurement decisions, improve energy efficiency, reduce waste and inspire everyone who works at Lexington to live greener lifestyles.
