Skills & Experience: Comfortable in all aspects of programme design and leadership including governance design, onboarding of and management of resources, large team leadership, performance management, continuous improvement and handover/close. Previous experience of Project Management roles in Security Transformation programmes, with clients; helping them to achieve their business, technology, strategic and operational goals. Recognised domain expertise in water utilities. Full project life cycle change or product management experience - with demonstrable knowledge of different project delivery approaches (agile, waterfall). Experience in dev ops / design ops environments welcomed. Agile or project management certification preferred. Expertise in a range of digital project management / workflow tooling (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Clarity) Understanding of the changes taking place in the water utilities industry including regulation, AMP8 priorities, etc. CISSP or equivalent security certification. Personal Attributes: Commercially astute and entrepreneurial. Builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues as well as on your own. A team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues across different disciplines, geographies, cultures, and skill sets. Able to inspire confidence in ambiguous situations. Excellent communicator able to deliver a concise message either verbally, or in writing to senior internal and external stakeholders. Creative thinker, able to quickly analyse problems and identify appropriate solutions Open-minded and pragmatic, with ability to guide teams to build customised tools/ templates for the engagements. Flexible and enthusiastic about gaining new experiences across different clients and adapting to different, challenging environments. Contribution to Development of Practice: Lead practice activities including Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development. Develop focused Thought Leadership assets including industry 'points of view' or 'white papers', podcasts, blogs, video interviews etc. A line manager, coach and mentor to members of the team.
