Senior Continuous Improvement Manager
Salary: £70k - £80k plus package

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key opportunities for improvement and develop project plans to drive the operation from good to great.
- Analyze data to facilitate performance improvements across the unit.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to implement more efficient processes.
- Address daily challenges, identifying bottlenecks and resolving potential issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring full engagement in the change process.
- Highlight and allocate resources to key areas to drive measurable improvements.
- Serve as the go-to expert for all Continuous Improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
- Process map the site to unlock further efficiencies and streamline operations.

- A strong background in Continuous Improvement or Factory Management, ideally within the food industry or FMCG.
- A deep understanding of manufacturing in high-pressure, target-driven environments.
