Senior Contract Manager - Planned Works, Retrofit and Fire Safety Workstreams

South East London

Up to £85,000 Plus Package

Our Client, one of the largest construction contractors in the UK, are currently looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join their rapidly growing planned works division. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a long term framework delivering circa £25 million PA. Works being delivered include internal & external planned maintenance, cladding installation and fire remedial projects. You will report directly into the Operations Manager and work hand in hand to ensure the smooth delivery of the contract.

On a day to day basis, responsibilities will include

• Management of multiple sub contractors and direct team of 3 x Contract Managers
• Lead the team and ensure works are completed to a high standard
• Pre & post inspections of works
• Attending progress meetings
• Full operational and commercial responsibility
• Ensure all relevant RAMS are in place prior to works for both direct & sub contract works
• Responsible for P&L on contracts
• Performance reviews & reports
• Program works (MS Projects)
