Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council who are recruiting for a Senior Contracts Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details. ROLE: Senior Contracts Lawyer LOCATION: North London RATE: £50.00 to £55.00 per hour CONTRACT: 3 months with possibility of extension Please note that this role would be hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the office. The Role of the Senior Contracts Lawyer To manage a full caseload of complex Contracts & Procurement Law matters through to completion Matters will include the procurement of goods, works and services, state aid/subsidy control and funding agreements Cases will also include TUPE issues, drafting and advising on a range of bespoke contract documents, construction contracts, local authority governance, including clearing of internal report The Person A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years PQE with a current practising certificate Experience of public procurement law within a public sector organisation would be highly desirable Confident in working within a fast-paced environment The Benefits Flexible working arrangements Weekly payroll If this Senior Contracts Lawyer role sounds like an opportunity of interest, please feel free to reach out to Lloyd Stanley on 01772 208969, or email #####.
