Part of a larger group of companies this division specialise in providing bricklaying services to large house builders across the Northern Homes Counties and London. Due to their continued growth they now seek a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the teams they have on all of their bricklaying projects with 2 Contracts Manager reporting in to you. Experience and Skills

• Managing health & safety by implementing safe systems of work and training.


• Overseeing production and programming.


• Managing and implementing QA systems.


• Making sure the highest quality bricklaying is maintained throughout each project


• Managing and overseeing site supervisors and labour.


• Liaising with our surveyors and commercial team.


• Managing and mentoring junior staff members


• Reports and record keeping

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record in similar role.


• SMSTS / relevant NVQ level 5 or 6.


• Good communication skills.


• Ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment.
