A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a family-run business specialising in industrial roofing, sheeting, and cladding. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Contracts Manager to join their team. They take immense pride in the quality of their work, the strength of their team, and the long-lasting relationships they maintain with their clients. Their projects range from new builds to refurbishments and maintenance, with values between £5,000 and £2 million.
As the Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing all aspects of projects from takeoff to completion, ensuring smooth operations, high standards, and client satisfaction. This senior position requires exceptional leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to foster strong client relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
• Supervise all aspects of health and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Liaise effectively with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations.
• Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Coordinate with clients to review and adhere to programme schedules and ensure the work is completed as planned.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial roofing, sheeting, or cladding.
• Direct experience in managing projects of varying sizes, particularly within the industrial roofing sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PDF viewer.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
• Knowledgeable in flat roof systems, including single-ply, liquid-applied, composite built-up systems, rainscreen systems, and composite cladding.
• Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Excellent organisational, time-management skills, and communication skills, both verbal and written
