Key Points Sales Exposure - Corporate FX Markets - Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Hunter mentality and an enjoyment of the FX markets
Proven sales experience both face to face, over the phone and video.
Entrepreneurial: Experience of Building your own pipeline of clients using your network and beyond
Networking and relationship building most importantly believe in what we do and have the confidence to ask for referrals
Team Player: Working closely with the sales analysts to help, mentor and support them to source the right leads
Excellent use of CRM
Ensure relevant AML/KYC and credit documentation is captured.
Business Knowledge / Technical Skills
Previous Sales experience within a Business to Business (BtoB) role;
Experience of working within in a regulated financial services firm is highly desirable;
Proven track record of operating at a Sales Executive level within a commercial Sales environment (both face to face and telephone sales)
Able to clearly articulate full understanding of end to end Sales processes
Able to demonstrate strong Sales techniques (Persuasive, Negotiation & Closing skills)
Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the purpose of risk management and compliance within a regulated environment;
Some knowledge of FX products;
