Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager – Commercial SchemesFast Progression AnticipatedLondon, £60-70,000 per annum plus good bonus packageWe currently have a new opportunity with an independently owned Real Estate consultancy for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join an extremely busy division, working on a number of commercial fit-out schemes. The role will involve working alongside a Senior Partner, who has an impressive track record for developing his teams and pushing his staff up through the business quickly and the successful candidate can expect to be presented with a clearly defined career path to Associate-level immediately.The current portfolio of projects that you will be involved with will include:Office shell & core & Cat A refurbishment, 75,000 sqft (yet to start).130,000 sqft new build office (starts later this year).45,000 sqft office cut & carve refurb (starts next year).15,000 sqft Cat B office fit out (starts later this year).25,000 sqft Cat A office refurb (already underway).Our client is seeking the following:Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager within a UK consultancy or client-side environment.Ideally MRICS Chartered (or able to attain through experienced route).Degree-educated.Commercial sector project experience preferred but will consider other sectors.Positive, individual who is genuinely looking to progress quickly to Associate-level.Eligible to work in the UK.In return, our client will offer a basic salary of up to c£70,000 per annum plus a market leading benefits package comprising an industry-leading holiday allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus, flexible working from home, etc.Services advertised by Pillar Partnership are that of an employment business and/or agency.
