If you're a Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking to make an impact in a technology-driven environment, this could be the perfect role for you.Position OverviewAs a Senior Cost Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful projects for our client's diverse portfolio. You'll lead clients through all stages, from feasibility to post-contract, ensuring value and maximising financial performance. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your cost management expertise while contributing to the consultancy's mission of effectively deploying technology in the built environment.ResponsibilitiesUndertake cost and commercial management of CSA works at a senior levelGuide clients through feasibility, pre-contract, and post-contract stagesDevelop pre-contract cost models, plans, and procurement strategiesNegotiate contracts and manage post-contract cost, execution, and analysisMaximise operational and financial performance while reducing riskDrive value for money and ensure client satisfactionRequirementsDegree or equivalent in Cost Management / Quantity SurveyingChartered status with the RICS or an equivalent professional bodyStrong expertise in measurement and cost planningExperience with JCT and FIDIC contractsCommercial acumen and excellent negotiation skillsExceptional communication and stakeholder management abilitiesUk or European experience of Cost Management within a Data Center, MEP, or CSA.Company OverviewOur client is a forward-thinking digital built asset consultancy that believes in harnessing the power of technology to deliver better outcomes.
