Senior CRM Manager (Braze) - High-Growth FMCG 6-9 Months FTC - Potential to go Perm London (Hybrid)£70,000 - £75,000 (Pro Rata)I'm working with a high-growth FMCG brand in London to help them hire for a Senior CRM Manager on an initial 6-9 month FTC. The brand has grown rapidly over the past few years and is backed by significant investment, making them one of the UK's leading brands in their space!This is a newly created role on their marketing team as they expand into new markets. They are looking for a Braze expert who knows how to scale and adapt the platform in these new territories and drive profitability.There is potential for the role to go perm and the option of 4 or 5 days per week!About the Role: Develop and drive the end to end strategy for CRM across Email, Push and In App.Work closely with the go-to-market team to maximise a successful launch.Project management - oversee and execute changes across key customer touchpoints.Develop a roadmap for post-launch improvements to enhance growth and profitability across different customer segments.Build and develop local CRM teams. Work with creative teams to tailor their comms for new markets and customer segments.Conduct post-launch reviews and develop playbooks for future market entries.About You:Solid experience working in CRM for D2C brandsExpert in Braze - including setup and execution of campaigns across Email, In App and PushExperience entering and scaling into new marketsSkilled in segmentation and customer targeting techniquesExcellent analytical skills Experience building and leading CRM teamsSubscription experience would be a bonus!Apply now or send your CV to #####
