Job description Being the point of contact & manage an International Clients Portfolio for the company Develop & grow the client usage of our service & guarantee the best level of satisfaction Organise the QBR with clients & create opportunities for Up Sell & Cross Sell Identify all blockages or problems, work closely with the product team to solve them & provide solution to clients Work collaboratively with the COO on the set up & management of the sales workflow & organisation Take the lead on the identification, implementation & management of sales tools & platforms This role could evolve to a Management position of the CSM team Requirements 5 to 8 years experience in Digital Advertising Sales, especially in Customer Relationship / Account Management Experience selling SAAS & Mobile Advertising, ideally in the Mobile Gaming Industry Knowledge of the Mobile Advertising ecosystem, especially User Acquisition Experience working in a fast-paced environment in an International & Multi Cultural context Experience working with Hubspot & other Sales / CSM / Project Management tools Experience of management of a CSM or Account Management team Strong interpersonal skills; able to effectively build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders Strongly Analytical & Ability to break down problems into manageable components and think through optimal solutions Highly organized and capable of balancing multiple priorities Exhibits Integrity, humility, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy Fluent in English, another European language will be a plus Benefits Join an International team of serial entrepreneurs & experimented talents at the early stage of the project Take the opportunity of getting tons of responsibilities & learn a lot from this Impact significantly the future of the company with your decisions & actions Work in a challenging environment without the stress & the pressure from your management Work with a team of friendly people, with an open mind & a multicultural mindset Get the flexibility of working remotely or in an office #J-18808-Ljbffr
