My client is looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our team, managing the entire order process, providing after-sales support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Location: Blackpool
Salary: £24,755 per annum (this increases on April 1st 2025)
Hours: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH after settling-in period)

\nYour Responsibilities:\n

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • \n
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, from inquiry to delivery, including after-sales support.
  • \n
  • Handle customer escalations and high-priority cases, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • \n
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them informed on order progress, lead times, and any delays.
  • \n
  • Provide accurate quotations and ensure orders are processed efficiently.
  • \n
\nWhat We're Looking For:\n

  • \nGood depth of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • \n
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and work under pressure.
  • \n
  • Customer-first mindset with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in order management systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • \n
  • Experience in promotional merchandise or a similar industry is an advantage.
