Position Highlights Role : Senior D365 Finance Consultant (Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform) Locations : Offices including Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester, and London. Your Role As a Senior D365 Support Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our Enterprise Applications pillar, leveraging your deep D365 CE/Power Platform knowledge and expertise to ensure delivery of high-quality support and solutions to our D365 CE/Power Platform customers. Your experience and understanding of Accountancy related queries, issues, and solutions, within the context of D365 CE/Power Platform, ensures that you are recognised as a trusted advisor both internally and externally. Your responsibilities include: End to end support for all Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform related issues raised by the customers and escalated by colleagues Problem solving and defining Solutions that are best fit Scoping and delivering changes Advisory sessions on both best practise and opportunities for growth via Microsoft s technology roadmap Identify, diagnose, and resolve D365 CE/Power Platform issues in collaboration with colleagues, peers, and Microsoft support. Offer guidance to colleagues on best practices and functions within the D365 CE/Power Platform. Collaborate with peers and customers to understand process requirements and recommend enhancements or modifications to the system. Participate in reviews of essential system updates and releases ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Maintain updated documentation of system configurations, customisation's, and user guides. Assure a professional and successful service delivery approach towards the customer. Support service readiness ahead of go live. Identify new opportunities to grow and enhance the customers D365 CE/Power Platform solution Work with colleagues across the organisation including technical leads, fellow consultants, and Service Delivery Managers. Desired Skills and Experience: We are seeking a passionate team player with the following qualifications: Proven experience providing support for D365 CE/Power Platform and implementations Strong D365 CE/Power Platform support experience with particular focus on Accountancy Experience delivering continual enhancement of D365 CE/Power Platform implementations and working to the Microsoft update/release cadence.
