Senior Data Analyst

Harmonic is delighted to partner with a leading AdTech scaleup based in London as they look to bring in a Senior Data Analyst to contribute towards the growth of their well-established data team (currently at 10 headcount).
As one of the fastest-growing companies within the AdTech space, our client offers a host of opportunities, with a clear progression pathway to managing and growing a team within the data analytics department.
They have a super cool office in central London and work on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH).
Responsibilities:
Lead data analysis efforts to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, supporting strategic decision-making
Develop, maintain, and optimise data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility
Create, manage, and automate detailed dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to define data needs and provide analytical support
Design and implement A/B tests and other statistical analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise ad strategies
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for business growth and operational improvements
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data tools, and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of AdTech analytics
Skills and experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the AdTech or digital marketing industry
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation in large-scale databases
Strong expertise in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python or R
Proven track record of designing and executing A/B tests and other experimental analyses
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with machine learning and predictive modelling techniques is a plus
Salary:
£65,000 - £70,000
