About the jobRole: Senior Data Analyst Location: London, UK Harmonic is delighted to partner with a leading AdTech scaleup based in London as they look to bring in a Senior Data Analyst to contribute towards the growth of their well-established data team (currently at 10 headcount). As one of the fastest-growing companies within the AdTech space, our client offers a host of opportunities, with a clear progression pathway to managing and growing a team within the data analytics department. They have a super cool office in central London and work on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH).Responsibilities:Lead data analysis efforts to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, supporting strategic decision-makingDevelop, maintain, and optimise data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibilityCreate, manage, and automate detailed dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and campaign performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to define data needs and provide analytical supportDesign and implement A/B tests and other statistical analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise ad strategiesIdentify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for business growth and operational improvementsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional developmentStay up-to-date with industry trends, data tools, and best practices to ensure the team remains at the forefront of AdTech analyticsSkills and experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the AdTech or digital marketing industryProficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation in large-scale databasesStrong expertise in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or LookerAdvanced knowledge of statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python or RProven track record of designing and executing A/B tests and other experimental analysesExcellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracyStrong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience with machine learning and predictive modelling techniques is a plusSalary: £65,000 - £70,000Interested?
