Senior Data Migration Consultant

Enso Recruitment is pleased to be working on behalf of our client, to recruit a Senior Data Migration Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical data migration projects, helping customers transform and manage their data efficiently as they transition to a new system. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end data migration process for multiple projects, from initial analysis to go-live. Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to define migration requirements and address issues. Perform detailed technical analysis of client data to ensure seamless migration. Utilize SQL, SSIS, and C# to develop custom solutions for data migration as part of the ETL process. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for data migration. Continuously improve data migration processes and techniques within the team. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experience in data migration, with strong SQL (MSSQL) and ETL skills. Proficient in MS Dynamics 365, SSIS, and C#. Experience working on customer-facing projects, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams. Ability to solve complex problems and think critically to deliver tailored solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills, with a history of mentoring team members. Desirable: Familiarity with .NET Framework, Azure Power Platform, and KingswaySoft's SSIS Integration Toolkit. Knowledge of finance or business-related data structures (e.g., Oracle, Sage, Navision).
