Senior Data Scientist

This is an opportunity for a Senior Data Scientist to play a lead role in conceptualising, designing, and implementing advanced AI solutions for customers across the UK, as part of a fast growing and innovative AI scale up, founded by some of the leading Microsoft delivery experts. The successful candidate will be a bright ambitious individual, ready to roll their sleeves up and make a significant impact to organisations across the UK, as well as contribute to the growth of this exciting scale up. Principal responsibilities: Take a lead role in the design and development of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical algorithms and solutions Prepare advanced data analyses and present results to customers Engage with clients throughout the lifecycle of project on both advisory and delivery assignments Participate in pre-sales activities to demonstrate how data science and statistics may be applied for commercial advantage of potential clients Develop solution prototypes and deliver POC / CRP sessions Define and help to design the analytics solution architecture Lead and support blended teams of colleagues, client, and partner resources to help share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery ethic Support the on-going development of the Data Science capability through involvement in technical strategy, recruitment, and training / development of junior team members Maintain and continue to develop advanced understanding of the technical landscape for advanced Data Science solutions Participate and actively contribute to the UK Data Science community Skills / Experience Profile A track record of demonstrated value/impact to business through Data Science investigation and projects Strong consulting experience, with excellent client management skills. Some project leadership experience with agile Data Science methodologies Commercial experience building solutions in Azure Expertise in Microsoft Data Science Analytics & Machine Learning tech stack Ability to effectively communicate technical/process ideas at a company level (e.g. at chats, seminars) Substantial experience with Data Science oriented projects and investigations Expertise in several Data Science tools or techniques Additional Information Salary Offered: £65,000 - £80,000 (based on experience) Locations: Office (London) / Home / Hybrid / Flexible All candidates must be based in the UK and have full right to work #J-18808-Ljbffr
