Senior Design Manager - London

My client is seeking a Design Manager to be based in London. The organisation is main contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes up to �50million in value across multiple sectors.

Salary: �75,000 - �85,000 (DOE)

Design Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the design process from conception to completion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and goals
• Review and provide feedback on design concepts, drawings, and specifications
• Oversee the preparation and submission of design documents and construction drawing
• Undertake site visits as required

The ideal candidate will have experience working on large residential and commercial schemes.
