Senior Design Manager

Fawkes and Reece are currently partnered with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who are actively looking to strengthen their Design Management team division focusing on the delivery of �170M Commercial scheme in West London.

The business currently operates successfully across a number of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare and datacentres but now have a firm focus on developing the education sector of their business.

This role will work directly alongside the senior team working across multiple schemes and working at pre-construction and delivery stages.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a Design Management role with a main contractor
• Experience working on education projects
• Construction relate qualification
