ROLE

• The Senior�Design Manager will report to one of the Partners and/or the Associate Director.


• The�Senior Design Manager will be responsible for planning and organising large projects from an electrical and mechanical perspective.


• The role will require the right candidate to be the main point of contact for clients as well as other internal disciplines, subconsultants and commercial team.


• Assistant design manager and�design manager�will report to you.


• The role will require from you to be responsible for financial management of projects client relationship management and supervision of less senior staff.


• The�Senior�Design Manager will work on project briefs, review project status, prepare project reports.

YOU

• The Senior Design Manager will have experience working on large commercial projects or data centres.


• The Senior Design Manager will have experience working as a project lead delivering large scale projects on time.


• We are looking for a chartered professional with knowledge of commercial and contractual risks.
