Senior Designer

We Are Refyne are partnered with a well-established organic, sustainable personal care product manufacturer, who due to an exciting rebrand are seeking a Senior Designer to join their wonderful team!   

You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative packaging for their amazing range of products. This role requires someone from a Graphic Design background, with strong understanding of branding, materials, sustainability practices, and current market trends.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative, functional, and sustainable packaging solutions for various personal care products.


• Spearhead a comprehensive rebranding initiative, encompassing visual identity, logos, copy, and packaging for their diverse product range.


• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and production teams to align packaging designs with brand identity and product requirements.


• Assess the commercial and procurement impacts of selecting different components, considering factors such as lead times, availability, and costs.


• Produce engaging visual content for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, signage, and print materials.


• Oversee the design and packaging development for new products and formats.


• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and production efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, ArtiosCAD) is a plus.


• Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and production techniques.


• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
