Senior Development Engineer

Chronos Energy has partnered with a developer of District Heating schemes who are looking for a Senior Development Engineer within the Heat Network sector. Our client operate large District Heating schemes across major cities & towns across the UK with large plans for expansion over the coming years.Roles and Responsibilities:Taking the lead in engineering roles in pre-contract stage projectsDevelopment of concept designs including AutoCAD P&IDs and layout drawingsEnergy analysis of potential district energy systemsLiasing with Detailed Design and Project Delivery teamsDeveloping whole lifecycle commercial models to optimise commercial and low carbon energy solutionsSkills and Requirements:Experience of solution development of low carbon energy systemsExperience in either concept design, feasibility study development, energy and sustainability work, energy efficiency projects or energy systems modellingWorking knowledge of AutoCADKnowledge of low carbon energy technologies and their integration into heat networksKnowledge of developing Capex, Opex and RepexIf you are interested in the role please apply
