A highly reputable Property Development Company that specialise as a leading Brand in residential development and regeneration is looking to appoint a Senior Development Manager to support the delivery of their projects in Central London; managing the scheme post acquisition through stages 1-3 of the development cycle with a strong emphasis for management and responsibility of complex planning applications.

We are looking to appoint a Senior Development Manager who has a strong track record and knowledge of residential and regeneration schemes within Central London and delivered schemes successfully through complex planning applications.

You will have a broad skillset in front end development management of schemes post acquisition; with strong town planning knowledge with key relationships within public sector/LA stakeholders. Candidates would also be very technically strong and demonstrate a town planning expertise for a Property Developer in Central London.
