We are looking for the best talent, 5+ years in a commercial environment, candidates who command a £250k+ package.We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with a Bachelors degree from a Russell Group or top 100 world university, bringing exceptional expertise in automation, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.You will prioritize the identification and utilization of automation opportunities, taking ownership of both development pipeline and production environment automation, including tasks such as continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring. Also, close collaboration with the Core Architecture team will be required to evolve and scale systems in alignment with the growing needs of the business.You will be expert in:PowerShell / scripting languageC#, Java or Python prior history as developer or the ability to codeInfrastructure As Code Ansible, Terraform or equivalentContainerisation using Docker, and orchestration via Kubernetes or Docker SwarmMonitoring with ELK, Grafana or equivalentCI/CD with TeamCityMicrosoft SQL ServerWindows and Linux administration experienceAdditional desired skills include:Bitbucket, JIRAArtifact storage using ArtifactoryOctopus DeployStatic analysis toolsControl-MCloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)VMware (vSphere) and SAN experienceEducation:A-Levels at grade A*/A/B/ (or international equivalent) and a minimum 2.1 degree obtained inComputer Science, or a related field, from a Russell Group University
