Our Marketing department is always managing multiple projects and plays a key role in driving the business forward. We are looking for a motivated Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our small internal team and help us drive our marketing initiatives forward. The department works as a team on 70% of projects, with each member taking responsibility for actions that fit their strengths, in addition to their own work.Although the firm is over 45 years old, over the last five years the business has seen just over a 400% growth in claims throughput via technology developments, resource structure and change management function, this has allowed us to partner with some of the UK’s biggest household names within a range of specialist sectors.As a department and firm, our emphasis has now moved from data processing and management to enhancing the customer experience; whilst being aware of our product’s technical nature and that the client is the authorising insurer. This means developing the culture so that customers get and understand our ambitions and the commercial expectations of the business.Position Description:As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in the department, supporting the Head of Marketing and the firm in joint projects, while taking ownership of multifaceted activities. Your goal will be to enhance our brand's presence and drive engagement across both online and offline channels, with a key drive to online promotion.The perfect candidate will bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, showcasing a track record of executing data-driven campaigns across various online platforms. This role will be instrumental in leveraging data insights to develop and optimize marketing initiatives, ultimately driving brand awareness, engagement, conversions and other favourable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various marketing strategies with a key focus on all things digital:Lead digital marketing campaigns across the key customer journeys across various channels and phases: social media, SMS, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing. Help to manage paid and organic social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. From content to handling scheduling and engagement metrics.Drive email marketing initiatives from segmentation to content creation, scheduling, and tracking, aiming to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Employ digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and furnish regular reports.Collaborate with teams, internally and externally, to align digital marketing efforts with overarching business objectives, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes.About You:CIM or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not necessary based on experience. 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus some of the key areas mentioned above.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and others.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Knowledge and experience in B2B marketing is a plus.Experience in relevant sector would be ideal but not essential.What We Offer:A competitive salary £30,000 per annum.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Career growth and professional development opportunities.A supportive and collaborative team culture.The chance to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success while progressing in your own career. How to Apply:Join us and be a part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
