7twenty Professional Search is exclusively partnering with one of Northern Irelands most prestigious automotive retailers, Agnew Group, as they seek to appoint a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. Established in 1931 by the Agnew family, the Agnew Group became part of the Sytner Group of companies in 2012, the UK's largest motor retailer, which in turn is owned by Penske Automotive Group, USA whose shares are listed on NYSE. Agnew Group operate 15 dealerships across Belfast, Newtownabbey and Portadown, representing 8 manufacturer brands. Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead the delivery of the digital marketing strategy across the Agnew Group. The successful candidate will put a large emphasis on the optimisation of the Groups digital footprint through a range of systems and processes. This includes the management of the group website, the planning and execution of PPC, SEO and social media channels with appropriate agency support. The individual should seek to maintain on-going processes for measurement, improvement and development of the channels and the digital team. As well as the management of the Digital Marketing Team, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will also collaborate with the wider Marketing Team, such as the Database and Brands Teams, as well as Dealership Managers to find solutions and best practices to deliver for brands and dealerships. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as the commitment to pursue continuous optimisation and improvement to the Groups digital marketing processes. Essential Criteria: Significant digital marketing experience within a fast paced, commercial brand team or agency and proven track record for delivering results and business growth. Demonstrable website programming knowledge as well as experience of using Creative Suite programs, user-experience orientation (UX), content management software (CMS) and understanding of web standards and best practices. Experience of managing a high-performing marketing team and marketing budgets. Proven track record of managing multiple social media accounts for business. Demonstrable experience in analytics and the development of reports to demonstrate an ongoing process for measurement and improvement of digital channels.
