Parity Network are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a large, Scotland based, utilities organisation who are looking for a Senior Digital Data Specialist to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity, paying a starting salary of up to £41,000 per annum with the opportunity for this to eventually progress to £51,900 with a performance-based pay review structure.As a Senior Digital Data Specialist, you’ll be working closely with the companies finance department, helping drive transformation and process improvement services across the business. You’ll also be working closely with management to help develop and design data structures.Key Role Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and document the companies’ central data model within Power BI. Assisting the team in process improvement whilst encouraging and challenging others to think differently when it comes to collecting, processing and interpreting data.Utilise new digital technologies to help drive benefits in areas where there is a high volume of time spent on similar tasks, through automation.Develop innovative solutions to problems.Design and develop end-to-end data flow solutions on a cloud environment and from multiple sources.Manipulation of structured and unstructured data to support in depth analysis.Required Experience Proven experience of designing, creating and delivering automation solutions using the current Microsoft Power Platform toolsStrong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI being essential for this role)Experience with programming languages (including DAX-Power BI, M-Power Query, Fx-Power Apps & Python)Ability to structure and streamline data.Excellent communication skills and the ability to organise, plan and manage own workload.Additional InformationAs a business, our client put their people at the forefront of everything they do.
