The Senior Director, Demand Generation role will lead our brand awareness and lead generating marketing initiatives at Cendyn. Their focus will be on generating market demand, ensuring their team generates high-quality, converting leads to feed the sales pipeline, and ultimately driving revenue growth for Cendyn. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and strategize with Corporate Marketing Leadership to develop and implement innovative demand generation strategies aligned with company objectives.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of demand generation specialists.
  3. Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align demand generation activities regionally with company revenue targets.
  4. Oversee design of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid advertising, communications, SEO, events, webinars, and content marketing.
  5. Oversee lead qualification, scoring models, and nurturing programs in Salesforce and Pardot to identify and engage high-quality leads.
  6. Oversee communication strategy and lead on strategy with Cendyn’s comms agencies.
  7. Analyze all Demand Generation campaign performance metrics using data analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make informed strategic decisions.
  8. Oversee the marketing technology stack and recommend tools to achieve company objectives.
  9. Oversee demand generation budgets and forecasts.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality technology.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Extensive hands-on leadership experience in demand generation or related field, preferably in either Hospitality or B2B SaaS environment.
  3. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM (Pardot and Salesforce preferred).
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (Domo or Salesforce Analytics preferred).
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  6. Deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes and the buyer's journey.
  7. Experience in managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Position Type

This is a full-time position.

Work Environment

This job operates in a remote environment.

Travel

This position may require up to 15% of travel. Travel may be overnight and outside of regular business hours.
