Senior Director, Global Counsel

This role will have direct reports and will be tasked with overseeing operations in various jurisdictions. This role will be based out of England or Ireland.Responsibilities:Implement and develop legal strategy for International Operations outside the USSupport strategic transactions and corporate governance mattersOversee and advise with respect to disputes relating to transactions, specifically with distributors, suppliers, and vendorsProvide leadership on complex legal matters across employment, commercialization, privacy, and marketing.Requirements:10+ years of experience.Admitted to practice law in a recognized jurisdictionExperience with US Public Companies and FCPA mattersExperience with Strategic and Business Development TransactionsIn-House experience with a Life Sciences/Technology Industry
