Senior Director - Infrastructure Solutions Software

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and innovative  Senior Director of Software Engineering  to lead our Infrastructure Solutions Software development team. As a key leader, you will lead the full development and delivery life cycle of low level (firmware, OS and middleware) software to build server and networking solutions that operate within the Infrastructure  (Cloud/Data Centre, Telco/Enterprise Networking) ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in Infrastructure and/or Embedded domain, strong leadership skills, the ability to drive large-scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment, and experience and ability in leading and growing teams in at least three different countries covering a team size of 100 to upwards of 250+ people. Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for all software development activities related to Arm Infrastructure Software Solutions. Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology roadmaps with business objectives.
Build, grow, lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team with presence in multiple countries, including managers, architects, and software engineers, embedding a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
