About the Team
The Hardware Enablement team is central to accelerating hardware development at Arm. We create and maintain automation tools, flows, and infrastructure for IP and SoC design, verification, and performance modelling. Our goal is to make designs more testable, scalable, and standards-compliant—enabling teams to deliver faster and with greater confidence.

Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and improvement of scalable hardware design methodologies and automation environments.
Define and implement flows and methodologies for RTL design, verification, performance modelling, physical implementation, and post-silicon validation.
