Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor

** SENIOR ROLE** - DISPUTE RESOLUTION / CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITOR

Nuneaton 

Salary:  up to c£70,000 -negotiable, commensurate with experience

We are working with a well-established, Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-recognised, successful and expanding group who are looking to attract experienced Dispute Resolution / Litigation Solicitor at a senior level,  to join / lead their Dispute Resolution/Litigation team at their law firm in Nuneaton. 

The role could alternatively be based in Coventry with hybrid working.  

The role will involve:

• Dealing with a variety of complex disputes including contract disputes, consumer disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, negligence disputes and debt recovery, 
• Representing/advising businesses, charities and individuals in a wide range of disputes
• Liaising with clients, keeping them fully updated
• Taking instructions 
• Taking a lead role in the Litigation team
• Working with assisting and  mentoring less experienced litigation fee earners and support staff

Suitable Candidates will have:

• Fully qualified status (solicitor or FCILEx) with 5 years'+ PQE
• Sound dispute resolution/ civil litigation experience on behalf of both individuals and businesses
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience at a senior level with the ability to lead/mentor less experienced colleagues

This is a full-time permanent job, working  9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.
