Coulter Elite Resourcing is currently looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients in South London.

Principle Responsibilities for the Senior Electrical Design Engineer:

• Implement company procedures and policies, ensuring compliance across all projects.


• Carry out electrical design and project management for various projects in line with company aims and policies.


• Manage and mentor junior staff, providing electrical engineering support to all team members.


• Liaise with clients, attend meetings, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.


• Oversee financial aspects of projects, including fee assessments and providing fee bids as directed.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in electrical design engineering, with a strong background in project management of multi-disciplinary projects.


• Knowledge of current Building Regulations, especially energy-related controls, and familiarity with CIBSE Guides, IEE Regulations, CDM Regulations, and British Standards.


• Experience working in a consultancy or for a large contractor in a design capacity.


• Proficient in CAD, Revit/BIM, and the production of design calculations, drawings, and tender packages.


• Qualified to at least HNC or Degree Level, with strong computer skills including AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.

This is a full-time permanent Senior Electrical Design Engineer position, offering an annual salary of �55,000 - �60,000 plus annual company benefits including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products, and free car parking.
