Senior Electrical Engineer (Energy Storage)

SRG are currently partnered with an extremely exciting early-stage energy storage company based in the Perth & Kinross area. As part of their growth plans they are currently looking for a senior electrical engineer to join their small, close-knit team.

The Role

As the company's senior electrical engineer you will lead on the electrical design and development of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) as the company continue to scale-up their demonstrator systems. As well as being responsible for the electrical design you will also be involved the testing and assembly of battery management systems.

The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for the creation and evaluation of wiring diagrams and assembly layouts using AutoCAD or similar.

The Right Person

• Demonstrable industrial experience in the design of power systems and BESS
• Relevant Qualification in electrical/power systems engineering (or similar)
• Demonstrable ability to design electrical circuits to 1000 VAC/1500 VDC
