Senior Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team, working on a variety of Building Services projects focused on low carbon design and sustainability. These projects cover sectors such as emergency services, housing, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design building services to meet client requirements and statutory obligations.
• Maintain detailed project documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare specifications, drawings, and schedules for electrical services.
• Review and verify design work.
• Conduct site surveys, commissioning, and testing.
• Prepare budget estimates, tender documents, and contract arrangements.
• Attend project and technical meetings.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in building services.
• Membership of IET or CIBSE, or equivalent knowledge.
• Proficiency in AMTECH and Dialux software.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Degree/Chartership (CEng) or equivalent
• Experience in Healthcare/NHS projects
• Ability to conduct condition surveys and write reports
