Senior Employee Relations Advisor

Your new company My client is a well-known, award-winning organisation within South Wales who is looking for an adaptable and passionate Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join them on a 12-month FTC basis.Your new role You will be joining a collaborative team and will be responsible for: Coaching and enabling business leaders to make well informed people decisions in line with current legislationProviding best practice guidance on employee engagementManaging employee relations cases from start to finishSupport organisational design, people change and using people's data and insights to drive proactive actions.What you'll need to succeed Experience working in an HR functionGood understanding of employment legislation and handling complex ER cases to resolutionExperience working with employee relations cases to closure.Excellent team player as well as working off your own initiativeYou need to be adaptable as case load levels can change.
