Job DescriptionSenior Counsel, Employment – Healthcare - LondonWe have been instructed on a brilliant role with an international pharmaceutical business. They strive to deliver truly transformative treatments, contributing significant value to society while creating an exceptional experience for their people.To provide practical legal support to their stakeholders on international employment matters they seek a Senior Employment Counsel.The Employment team is embedded in the business and really is the heart of the legal function.Reporting to the Head of legal, Employment, you advise on all aspects of employment contracts and policies, conduct investigations ,manage disputes, update the business on employment law changes, and deliver relevant training. You will also support corporate initiatives and strategic projects as well as global functions on non-US employment law issues. You will be EU qualified with at least 8 years’ experience (in private practice and/or in house) of advising multi-nationals on international employment and HR matters (eg EWC and national works council engagements).
