Job Description As a Senior Employment Solicitor you will; Provide exceptional legal advice on a range of employment matters to include HR Advisory matters, TUPE, corporate support and Employment Tribunals. Handle complex cases, both contentious and non-contentious. Negotiate contracts and settlement agreements. Contribute to the growth and development of the department. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Stay updated with changes in employment law and ensure compliance. Contribute to the training and development of junior team members. Participate in business development activities. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Employment Solicitor should have/be: An England & Wales qualified solicitor. Strong understanding and experience in employment law. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage complex cases effectively. A client-focused approach. Proven track record in business development activities.
