Consultiv Utilities operates as a Business-to-Business Gas, Electricity, Waste, Water and Communications consultancy, providing procurement services and contracts to commercial properties throughout the UK. Our aim is to bring high quality, low cost, easy to understand products and services to our customers while nurturing or relationships with partners alike.The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 2 years of experience in a business-to-business sales role in the utilities industry and be comfortable working towards strict targets. The current team is a remote team based all over the UK and South Africa.The individual who fills this role will function as a senior consultant within the team, driving sales growth. This role concentrates on KPIs related to sales success and fostering team development. Using your extensive experience, you will capitalise and convert opportunities in our enterprise division while supporting and nurturing the team throughout. The objective is to develop every team member into successful energy analysts, regardless of their sales background, aiming to establish a successful team that will thrive. You will collaborate with the management and coaching teams to ensure long-term, sustained success.This role will be a Remote Position If you are based outside of the North East or Office Based if in the North East.Key Responsibilities of the role:To close all sales with a high degree of quality and To demonstrate an ability to up -sell and cross sell other products and services within our catalogue. To support a team of business development executives to achieve desired revenue targets.To gather Market and customer information and then collating the information from customers in order to create a sales opportunity.To deal with any objections that are presented with a view to turn the objection around in to an opportunity.To feed sales trends back to the line manager and identify any training needs. Ensure all information gathered for any customer is accurate and compliant.To represent the business in a professional manner at all timesWorking as part of a team alongside a team of LGS who you will assist in ensuring the lead is closed.To respond to all email and phone enquiries that maybe presented in a professional manner.To positively approach sales opportunities to maximise sales revenues to meet and exceed targets and KPIsTo report any potential losses for the business to your line managerTo account manage your client databaseTo hold a target of your own as well as half of your LG sales boardsBuilding and maintaining a customer pipeline where required by cold calling and prospecting your own clients.To attend training when requiredTo adhere and promote the company values and core mission statement.Skills RequiredPrevious experience in an energy B2B environment is essential 2 years minimum. Experience in either a 360(EC) or previous closing role essential.
