Location: Coventry - 2 days office + site visits
Salary: £35 - £40k DOE
Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Engineer to join our client, a growing and dynamic Energy Consultancy. In this hands-on role, you will manage and support the delivery of energy-related projects while leading and developing a small team of Project Engineers, Graduates, and/or Apprentices. Key responsibilities:
Deliver projects and consultancy services for clients, including:- Scoping and proposing work required.
- Gathering information both from sites and remotely.
- Assessing and calculating solutions to meet client needs.
- Preparing and delivering reports or compliance activities.
- Presenting findings and concepts/ideas in both formal and informal settings
Lead and develop a small team of Project Engineers, Graduates and/or Apprentices
Be a key part of the delivery of the technical team's portfolio of projects.
Deliver services in a high quality, timely manner and within budget.
Develop strong relationships with clients
Skills and experience required:
An experienced engineer with line management experience.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, in a relevant subject
Proven technical knowledge related to the energy industry
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple parallel projects
Good IT skills including MS Office and AutoCAD
Ability to analyse complex data and present this in an easy-to-understand format.
You will need to be adaptable and have strong proven problem-solving abilities.
