Are you a Senior Maintenance Engineer with a background in Manufacturing supporting a team of Engineers? Due to continued growth and an increase in orders, my client is looking to recruit a confident Senior Engineer to take responsibility of their highly skilled engineering team. You will lead, motivate and drive the performance of a maintenance team alongside the Engineering Manager, within a state of the art facility within Basingstoke.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the team, overseeing all maintenance on the machinery, scheduling planned maintenance, managing contractors, following health and safety procedures and many more tasks. The successful Senior Engineer will be in communication with Managers within the team to ensure the business runs smoothly. This role is 40% office based and 60% hands on.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lead or experienced Engineer looking to make a move in a Senior and management role within a continuous growing forward-thinking company.
