Senior ESG Manager
Location: Outside of London (Hybrid 3 days a week onsite)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits
We are excited to partner with an innovative Environmental Consultancy seeking a Senior ESG Manager to join their sustainability team. This company is at the forefront of the energy sector, utilising their real-time energy data platform to help top-tier clients rapidly reduce carbon emissions.
As the Senior ESG Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainability initiatives by developing and implementing ESG strategies. You'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their sustainability goals and offer expert guidance on enhancing environmental performance. Your responsibilities will include overseeing data analysis, ensuring accurate reporting to track progress and overseeing stakeholder management.
Your Responsibilities:
Managing and implementing relevant ESG frameworks and strategies.
Guide clients through projects using the companies existing platform.
Assessing climate-related risks and opportunities as well as climate scenarios.
Manage and liaise with stakeholders at a senior and board level.
Present reports to clients at director level.
Conduct and lead regular workshops both internally and externally.
Manage data, research and keep up-to-date with ESG mandatory and regulation changes.
Requirements:
3 years' experience in carbon accounting / climate risk assessment.
Proven experience with CSRD, TCFD and SBTi processes.
Proven experience in data analysis.
Knowledge on science-based targets.
Strong leadership skills required to drive success in managing complex clients and end-to-end projects.
