Senior Estates Surveyor
Focussed on the strategic utilisation of land and assets
Covering all aspects of Landlord and Tenant work, leasing and general estates management, as well as disposals, including development agreements
Drive revenue generation in the commercial investment portfolio as well as enabling social value to be delivered from community assets, and ensuring assets are safe and properly utilised.
Working across a range of stakeholders both internal services, the voluntary community sector, as well as business tenants.
Qualifications/Experience
MRICS qualified
Report writing skills and presenting to senior management and cabinet members
Registered Valuer would be beneficial
