Job Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Warrington
Salary: £70k + £6.5k Car Allowance
Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator to start work in Warrington, on behalf of a tier one contractor. You will be responsible for working individually and as part of a team to produce competitive Estimates, establish, maintain and improve procedures for the control and effectiveness of the Estimating Function in line with Company Policy and Business Objectives.
About you
Experience working in the structural repair and highways markets
To possess effective time management skills, with a demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines.
Experience using Conquest Estimating Software or similar
Knowledge of NEC & JCT forms of contract
A good understanding of current markets and trends
To have good overall knowledge of competitors
Clear understand of Manging Risk & Opportunity
To have good mathematical knowledge
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
Be able to maintain good systems and procedures.
