Job Title: Senior Estimator



Location: Central London



Package: £80,000 - £90,000 plus car allowance and bonus





Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of work winning they are looking for a Senior Estimator to join the team.



The Senior Estimator would be working on High-End Residential Projects in london.





Duties




  • Working on New Build High-End Residential Projects based in London.

  • Leading on relevant tenders, process and resources with a high degree of commercial acumen and skill

  • Identify opportunities to add value and to mitigate against risks / consider solutions throughout the project process

  • Ensure monitoring of the tender process is in place for all tenders and report on progress via estimating plan

  • Lead the pricing process and promote integration of disciplines through accurate reporting and regular internal communication and feedback on relevant tenders

  • To lead the supply chain enquiry process

  • Proactively maintain the cost base by assisting with latest quotations, framework rates – controlling costs, timing and quality in line with specified targets

  • To produce a detailed control document to handover to the delivery team

  • Working collaboratively and communicating effectively with other areas of the business to provide exceptional support





Requirements




  • A Senior Estimator who has experience working for a UK Main Contractor.

  • New Build experience

  • Someone has the ambitions to progress.
